Not sure what (if any) affect adding the ports at the back did but the first thing to double check is the quick connect hoses under the front loader. If it happened suddenly, I would suspect the spring in the pressure relief valve for the 3pth let go. This is common, and when it fails the valve goes wide open and there is no pressure to actuate any hydraulics. Look down around where your heels would be when you're sitting on the tractor, probably something like a plastic or metal wheel a few inches in diameter.
