WebThere is no such thing of a '3 strike' law. as a seller you can set your unpaid to say x amount of unpaid strikes in the past y months and one of the option is higher than 3. WebBest offers seem to bring out the low balling scrappers of eBay that are a pain to deal with. Then eBay pretends to help and doesn’t enforce protections to help sellers who are their customers. If it wasn’t for us there they wouldn’t get their cut. Seems like they have somethings backwards.
