When I use a USB-C station it leaves open the two side ports on the laptop and I have no issue. But when I use a regular USB port docking station I plug my … WebJan 9, 2024 · If attached to the docking station, I have learned to unplug the WD-19 docking station dual USB-C connectors will reset the freezing. If using the laptop off of the docking station, then I press and hold the power button for about five seconds until the screen flashes. Screen functionality restores. Obviously, this is not a great experience.
